TITLE SCANDINAVIAN Client Services

Contract type: Permanent role

Salary £28,000 + performance bonus (Average total 1^st year salary is £30,000-£35,000)

Sponsorship : Yes. The company will sponsor applicants into the UK.

Languages: Fluent Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

Location: London HYBRID:3 days office based (Mon-Wed) and 2 days wfh

Start date: 7^th August ideally

The role:

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

• Speak directly to clients and understand their research needs
• Act as first point of contact between clients and industry thought leaders
• Liaising with clients and understanding what information they need
• Matching the client with correct industry expert .
• Organising expert ” interviews” or in-person meetings, surveys
• Diary coordination: Schedule and manage all client-to-expert appointments
• Follow-up with client and expert
• Research new experts using Linkedin etc. Approaching them, connecting and asking if they would be happy to be added to the rosta of industry talent

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
• This is an entry-level role and so no prior work experience is necessary. However, relevant internships and other evidence of interest in business and a commercial career are desirable
• Happy making outbound calls
• Customer care orientated
