Location: Central London (5 Days a week in the office)

Our client are currently looking for a Junior Secretary for the London office. Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and being responsible of meeting rooms bookings and ensure the rooms are ready for each meeting as well as switchboard duties (answering calls and forward calls to the relevant person, take messages and forward detailed information).
- Diary management, managing time sheets and support with out of pocket processing and expenses registration on behalf of the lawyers as required; Travel arrangements, booking cabs, couriers, catering;
- Liaising with the other firm’s offices (e.g., visiting lawyers);
- Assisting during meetings including welcome to visitors.
- Copy typing, inserting amendments and formatting documents according to lawyers instructions.
- General handling of documents (photocopying, forwarding, scanning, filing).
- Assistance to events at the Firm’s premises and/or at any other venue in coordination with the Marketing Department.
- The job also may require some flexibility with respect to working hours to cover holiday, sickness, or according to a higher load of work.
In addition to the above, the position requires general office duties like taking care of orders for the office (stationery, water etc) and check stock level, assisting the Office Manager and the senior Executive Assistants as and when required.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Outlook, Explorer, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous office and legal environment experience preferred (1 year)
