TITLE: SPANISH speaking Sales Manager
Reporting to: Regional Managing Director
Location: London
Salary : up to £55,000 + 30% OTE on revenue generated
Work Style: Hybrid ( 2 days in the office)
Lovely role! You will be joining this specialist digital marketing agency with a growing global client base. They are now looking for a dynamic senior Spanish Sales manager with experience of selling solutions (rather than products). This is a wonderful opportunity and the role is very much a client-nurturing, as well as a business building, position in which you will be taking this business to the next level in Spain and Portugal. The position has a wide scope and will involve pitching solutions to existing – and new – clients. You will work very autonomously although the sales team is there to help and support you.
DUTIES: This is a consultative “solution sales B2B role“
New Business Development
- Attend trade events
- Meet potential customers and connect with them personally and over the phone and email
- Outbound ” courtesy calling “and using existing contacts
- Send out marketing collateral
- Pitch-and-Promote: selling long term solutions to clients
- Create sales reports detailing customer needs , problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Advising clients on digital marketing campaigns, channels and networks
Existing Key Account Management
- Managing a portfolio of existing key clients
- Introducing/presenting additional services to existing clients (upselling and cross selling)
- Checking in with clients to ensure that they are happy with the current service and products
- Create an annual sales plan with the MD and delivering that plan to an agreed time frame
- Work to agreed sales targets and outcomes
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent European Spanish + Portuguese would be an advantage and English
- B2B sales experience
- A sales background gained in Digital Marketing, Technology , Market Research or data solutions
- Experience of Salesforce (ideal. Not essential)
