Location: Central London (Hybrid working 3 days office/2 from home)
Start: ASAP
Contract duration: 9 months (With a possibility to extend)
Contract: full time (40 hrs per week)
Day rate: £165 to £200 per day + Holiday pay (Equivalent to £43,000 to £52,500 per annum)
Our client is a global technology leader. Their HR team is looking to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant who is eager to work in a fast-paced and growing team within a constantly evolving industry. This role will support the Director EMEA.
This position requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams and working closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organisation.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.

This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing fluid calendar requests, meeting invites and conference room logistics
- Planning travel and accommodating changes
- Processing expense reports
- Improving morale, helping recognize outstanding efforts, having fun at work, and encouraging others to do the same
- Attending key meetings, tracking, and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items
- Driving team activities (e.g., staff meeting agendas, weekly business reviews, All Hands events, snacks and supply ordering, team-building events, launch events and recognition posters)
- Managing workflows that require approvals
- assisting with presentations and document writing and a variety of other day to day administrative tasks.
Key requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a PA or EA (Executive Assistance or Personal Assistance experience)
- Experience with complex calendar management, travel and expenses and events essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with senior executives, and interacting with global stakeholders and their support teams
- Experience coordinating team events and onsite/offsites (desirable)
- Experience with organising large meeting spaces, and collating presentations
