Daily rate: £450 to £550 (Inside IR35 – PAYE) + Holiday pay

Location: London – Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home
Our client is one of the worlds most innovative and most renowned technology brands. They are looking for an experienced Communications manager to support with internal communications content and marketing work aimed towards their internal workforce and focused on Employee Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
To be successful in this role, you will need be an excellent communicator with an ability to produce immaculate content for Mail campaigns, Newsletters, Social media content, Event invitations (internal and external). You will also need to be able to interact with ease, with stakeholders internally and externally.
You should have a flexible attitude to work and show resourcefulness and ability to identify relevant business stakeholders who will support with various communications project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce internal and external social media content (Email, Internal news channel, newsletters, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Works cohesively with global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partners, and project managers across geographies, time zones, and their business units.
- Aim to develop effective communication strategy through relationship building across teams and geographies to ensure they can best support the overall team mission and strategy.
- Working closely with global internal corporate and operations communication teams to summarise on going work within different regions
- Working with design platforms such as Canva and Mailchimp which you will use in writing internal newsletters, editing documents, and compiling recap reports.
- Collaborating with Global DEI for yearly calendar to be shared with our EU teams and stakeholders.
- Assists in developing editorial content
- Work collaboratively with global colleagues to develop, execute, and document internal DEI campaigns such as Africa Day Campaign, World Humanitarian Day, Black History month etc.
- Sharing success stories/initiative and highlights that have taken place within our Ops businesses. Develop dynamic employee stories
- Create email templates for internal and external events with branding and designs
- Measuring results and drafting campaign recap reports for internal stakeholders
- Working closely with PXT, Operations, PR, Internal comms team members and occasionally marketing teams to collaborate on projects.
- Support teams in getting out their messaging in a timely fashion and generating metrics e,g open rate, employee audience and email aliases.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in communications marketing (Ideally internal communications)
- Copywriter/storytelling work experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Able to use platforms/tools for designing logos, invitations, leaflets, programs.
- Experience working with Adobe design, Canva, or other design tools
- Ability to analyse metrics and reporting on campaign performance, open rate, engagement rate.
- Experience producing content for Newsletters, social media, video, email campaigns
Desirable experience
- Experience working in a communications role related to employee relations
- Experience with event marketing content production
- Flexibility to work and interact with global stakeholders across different time zones including US
- Experience working with Wrike or a similar project tool
