100% REMOTE : This is a lovely remote role with GERMAN based in North London. If you have any Accounting experience and fluent German you will use it every day in order to speak to German clients. Salary : to £38,000 + benefits

ROLE
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller this is a key role in the business in which you will help to look after the EMEA regions, with a particular focus on the German subsidiary. This is an end-to-end accounting role with German

DUTIES

• Post supplier bills onto Netsuite. Post customer payments
• Conduct weekly payment runs.
• Perform daily checks on purchase orders.
• Reconcile daily bank accounts.
• Allocate customer payments to corresponding sales transactions on a daily basis.
• Prepare month-end reports (balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, as well as bi-monthly reporting packs for EMEA regions).
• Transfer data from Netsuite to local German books using DATEV.
• Calculate monthly commissions for external sales agents.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years Accounting experience
• Fluent German
• Confident with Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
