This role is based in ROTTERDAM . If you speak fluent CHINESE ( Mandarin AND Cantonese) and have a sales admin support background this is a lovely opportunity to join a growing specialist food business that imports into the UK and Holland . The role is very autonomous and you will be talking to existing clients (all supermarkets and retailers ) and introduce them to new products and then organising the deliveries and do the sales-admin support work. You need to have a sales admin background for this role and have done some order management. There are excellent career opportunities in this expanding sector at the moment. Location : Rotterdam, HOLLAND
Languages required : Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese ( and English). Dutch is useful
Salary : to Euro 36,000 per annum + benefits
Work style: This is a fully office based role
Start date : ASAP
Sponsorship : Yes. Sponsorship extension will be provided if you already have a visa.
Essential background: Must be based in Holland (happy to relocate to Rotterdam). Must speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese (and English). Must have at least previous Sales admin experience.

The company has gone through a recent explosion in growth as a result of the increased interest in home-cooking that started during Covid. People are now experimenting with new flavours and new dishes and this company has been able to expand strongly in order to accommodate increasingly sophisticated and international dishes. In this role you will introduce your retail clients to new products and then do the sales admin to support this

Duties
Sales & business development
- Contact potential or existing customers to promote products to supermarkets
- Answer customer enquiries about products
- Update customer information in the database
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders and deliveries
Sales Admin/order Management
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Prepare delivery documents and issue invoices to customers
- Keep track orders to ensure timely deliveries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Previous experience in Sales and Sales admin
