GERMAN/SPANISH customer care

This is a lovely Trilingual customer care role in which you will use SPANISH, GERMAN and ENGLISH to support restaurant clients. The job is mainly WFH (with just 2 days in the office a week). You will be supporting restaurants and retail stores across Germany & Spain with any help that they may need to set up training etc . This is NOT a call centre role and instead focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with wherever they need. TITLE : GERMAN/SPANISH customer care
Office LOCATION: Hybrid role (just 2 days in the office. 3 days are wfh) .

Language needed: Spanish and German (fluent)

Salary : £35,200 ( base of £32,000 + 10% bonus) and 5 weeks holiday ( there are plenty of other excellent benefits including free carparking )

SHIFTS :A nice , classic 37.5 hour week on a shift system

Shifts cover 8am-8pm Monday -Friday on a rota system . Occasional weekends shifts (which are wfh) on a rota basis (1 week in 3)

DUTIES : Join this happy team that is often praised by customers. The team is very supportive of each other and you will get to know customers very well personally . You will need to have an interest and passion for customer care as well as fantastic language skills in order to liaise with clients across Germany , Switzerland and also in Spain .
This is a trilingual German/Spanish/English role

• Taking your time to provide customer support to clients in Europe
• Daily use of Spanish and German
• Manage and coordinate all training enquiries
• Dealing with product queries
• Provide support documentation to customers
• logging and resolving any technical issues such as logging-on
• Helping to set up printers and laptops

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous customer care experience
• Ideally IT literate and able to connect printers to laptops
• Fluent English, German and Spanish
