Finance Manager, Italian
Fabulous opportunity to join a leading Italian Law Firm with global offices.
You will join a settled and experienced finance team, based in stunning City-based offices.
Main duties:
Processing Purchase/Sales Ledger invoices
· Posting onto Quickbooks
· Preparing the VAT returns
· Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
· Payroll administration, p11Ds and PSAs preparation and submission
· Account/bank reconciliations
· Monitor and resolve bank issues
· Handling Petty Cash
· Review and expense processing in our internal Case Management Platform
· Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
· Year’s end closings, liaising with auditors
· Preparing Budgets and Cash Forecasts
