CATERING: DC Performance Manager /Supply chain

This is a delightful SUPPLY CHAIN role with an emphasis on maneging the performance of Catering Equipment distributors. It’s a role in which you will be working very automomously but be part of a very engaged European team of 23. In this role you will look for areas of improvement as well as monior service levels and performance . The role

• Identifying and leading continuous improvement programs on the operational performance of Equipment and services consolidators
• Managing the demand pipeline and forecasting .
• Inventory management
• Managing Import and Export Requirements
• Identifying, accounting for, and then managing any unforeseen costs
• Creating detailed analysis and reporting to provide key insights for all Equipment and Decor
• team members
• Developing reports for publication to key stakeholders
• Responding to and resolving any Equipment and Services quality or availability complaints
• manage demand pipeline.
• Prepare monthly price communication

Requirements

• Supply chain experience within food or hotels or hospitality
• Experience of dealing with catering suppliers in the Middle East and Europe
• Logistics and distribution background
