Mandarin Speaking Finance Manager

Position: MANDARIN Finance Manager (Head of Finance)

Work style: Hybrid (4 days onsite/1 day wfh)
Duties
- Setting up internal accounting systems and check regulatory controls are in place
- Managing the flow of information across all projects
- Undertaking financial modelling exercises and report writing in Chinese and English
- Managing budgets, general cash management/bookkeeping
- Ensuring that legal, regulatory and due diligence obligations are met
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts. Variances analysis against budget.
- Audit work and presentation of annual accounts
- Liaise & negotiate with suppliers
- Oversee and check all payments /reconciliations/PAYE /VAT etc
- Payroll administration (p11Ds and PSAs)
Requirements
- Accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of solid accountancy/finance manager experience
- Fluent Mandarin/English
- Familiar with specialist accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, etc.)
- Proactive mindset and strong work ethic
