TITLE: ITALIAN 1st & 2nd Line Tech support/Customer care
SALARY: to £45,000 pa with excellent benefits
WORK STYLE: 4 days in the office and 1 day wfh

ROLE:
The IT support function is largely outsourced to Genoa in Italy and is being brought in-house to the London office although there will be additional support available in Genoa
- Taking in bound calls from colleagues regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Helping and supporting colleagues with issues spanning logging on, to printer configuration
- Undertaking PC configuration
- Solving issues around PCs, printers, smartphones, servers, firewalls, corporate network
- Management and maintenance of Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Azure including any updates and authorisations
- Constantly checking for software security updates
- Configuration and management of company network (HP switches, Sonicwall firewall)
- Occasional travel to the Italian office
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced MS Office and Office 365
- Knowledge of the MS Azure platform and the Intune portal is preferred
- Solid 3+ years first line technical IT support
- Fluent Italian
