French Account Manager (Digital, Media,Tech)

Title: French speaker Account Manager
Salary: Up to 30,000 GBP + fantastic benefits
Location: Central London

We are looking for an Account Manager with passion for the Digital/IT/Technology world. Understanding and interest in Media and Digital Marketing will be a plus. Our client is a growing IT software company with offices across the globe which have developed the largest and most advanced discovery platform, delivering personalized recommendations to over millions of users every month.

The role
This role will suit a French speaker with at least two years of experience in Account Management or Sales. This is a very exciting opportunity ideal for someone extremely ambitious who wants to be part of a business in constant growth. The successful candidate will be responsible of maintaining a strong pipeline of existing clients while contributing to the organisation global expansion. Within others, your responsibilities will be:

-Campaign launches – handling all technical requests.
-Working with clients to help them reaching their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling.
-Ensuring that clients are following the best practices and maximising every opportunity to achieve account success.
-Ensuring a great communication with accounts payable and the clients.
-Reporting – analysing and creating reports for clients where necessary.

Required skills/experience
– Fluency in French and English.
– Experience in Account Management preferably at a Media company.
– Understanding and interest in Technology and IT is a plus.
– Fantastic communication and presentation skills and attention to detail.
– Client focused and pro-active, as well as able to do presentations.
– Strong analytical skills to collect business needs and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports.
– Excellent technical skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimization
– Creative, and problem-solving abilities.
– Team player. Able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
