Hours: There are shifts in this role to cover different time zones
(4 days work. 4 days off, leaving plenty of free time!)
Sector: Inbound Customer care and call centre in Finance sector
Location South London and Surrey
Duties:
This is a busy customer care role where you will be dealing with inbound B2C enquiries from customers making insurance related enquiries and claims
*Taking inbound calls in French, Spanish or English from insurance claimants or simply from people wanting a quotation
*Use of customer database to track calls and edit client information
*Produce weekly reports
*Report potential fraud to the Team Leader
*Deal with stressed and sometimes difficult clients over the ‘phone
*Checking the client’s case history when they make a claim
*Working to inbound call targets
*Advise customers on available insurances, and on the status of their claim
*Deal with complaints tactfully at all times
*Full daily use of English, French or of your Spanish on a written and spoken basis
*Liaise internally with other company departments
*Refer escalations to the Team Leader
Requirements:
Previous UK work experience gained in an office environment
Fluent English
Fluent French or Spanish
Customer services background
