Duties
*Coaching and managing a team of executives, identifying skills shortfalls and mentoring the staff to encourage best-in-service performance
*Overseeing the quality of communications from the company to all clients, independent consultants, academics, and policymakers
*Quality control of research projects, surveys and client interviews, as well as managing consulting engagements.
*Liaising with the internal sales team to grow client relationships
*Help your team meet their targets, and then collect client post-project feedback
*Create and develop a strategy for developing key client account relationships.
*Track team performance to create plans to accelerate growth
*Develop excellent working relationships with thought leaders and business professionals, as well as sourcing new senior executives and experts through networking and direct outreach.
Requirements
*Solid team management experience
*Fluent French and English
*Financial services background
