Community Manager – Belgian Market (Dutch/Flemish)

Role: Community Manager for Belgium
Contract: Temporary (May lead to permanent)
Expected duration: ongoing
Pay rate: £12.82 per hour (Equivalent to £25,000 per annum)
Start: ASAP – You must be available to start immediately and ideally not on a notice period
Location: Central London

Our client is a leading marketing agency, working on behalf of a global drinks brand. The role will suit bi-lingual, digitally savvy applicants looking for a new and exciting challenge. Attention to detail and perfect written communication will be an absolute must. Social media or marketing experience would be a benefit but not a mandatory. They should enjoy working in a high paced, entrepreneurial and energetic environment.

We’re looking for confident, effective, personable candidates who can operate autonomously and deliver work to the highest standard. The role will involve Community Managing on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest for Belgium and (Potentially) Netherlands.

Responsibilities
*Monitoring the accounts in your language
*Answer all questions on your accounts, directing consumer queries to the Customer Service team
*Translating posts supplied by the Global team, then posting them in your language
*Proactively searching for conversations in social media about the brands and products you look after, then engaging with those conversations in your language
*Provide a weekly report on what you have posted for each account and what conversations you have contributed to throughout social media (so we can show how well we’re doing to the clients!)

Requirements
*Fluent in Dutch/Flemish to native standard – you will work with the Belgian market
*Written and verbal fluency in English
*A real passion for Social Media, ideally with previous community management experience
*Excellent attention to detail
*High levels of intelligence, confidence and a healthy dose of common sense
*Personable, positive nature, good fun, the ability to fit well into a collaborative, friendly team
*Curious mind… hungry to learn and experience new things
