Job Title: Head-hunter/Account manager (Finance Recruitment)

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 + Bonus (based on performance, 10 to 30k year one)
Our client is a headhunting firm founded in 2016 and focusing on a niche part of finance is looking for a new Head-hunter/Account manager due to an increasing workload. The role will involve building and meeting a network of relevant contacts in the major banks, and sourcing information either alone or accompanied by a consultant – where appropriate.
Main Responsibilities:
*Building relationship with relevant candidates
*Using research tools to build knowledge and contacts
*Ensuring the database is always kept updated
*Organising candidate meetings
*Account Manage existing clients
*Assisting Senior Consultants
Liaising with candidates to take meeting feedback and pass this on to consultants as appropriate
Making sure consultants are aware of meetings and making sure information/documents required are ready for those meetings
Assisting consultants with updating meeting notes to the database.
Candidate profile:
*Excellent Education background
*Switched-on, ambitious but team-player
*Confident phone manner and Good people facing skills
*Organised and efficient, able to work under pressure
*Excellent standard of written and spoken English
*Fluency in another European language would be ideal but is not necessary
*Interest in Finance is a strong plus
*1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment or sales/account management role
