Summary of the role: to research and locate hard-to-find senior executives and introduce them to new international & national banking roles. Your aim is forge solid, sustainable relationships with very senior level executives working within banking
*Research/build/develop a network of senior level contacts in the major banks
*Using Linkedin & other social media to establish excellent personal relationships and establish rapport with senior executives who may be looking to move jobs
*Mapping senior staff in banks & build organigram charts. Keeping abreast of industry moves, news
*Providing them with outstanding careers advice and showing them new job opportunities
*Organising candidate meetings. Then staying in contact with them and always helping to advance their careers
*Attending international roadshows and trade events where you will get the chance to meet potential job applicants on a face to face basis
*Interviewing of candidates (face to face, via Skype or over the telephone)
*Negotiate candidates salaries and pay rates
*Review, amend and update a candidates’ cv so that it ” matches” clients requirements more closely
*Data base management
*Get candidate feedback following interviews
This role is a very process driven role. It has a strong sales element in that you will be reaching out, via email and linkedIn, to potential candidates who do not know you.
Requirements

*Recent graduate from a good University
*Previous sales or account management experience
