Title: Delegate Sales Executive – Scandinavian Speaking
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 + 5K OTE

We are looking for someone who is eager to join an executive conference organizer devoted to the asset management community. We are looking for a candidate with a good understanding of finance and excellent communication skills to engage and manage the relationship with potential and existing clients. You will work directly with the Funder and be part of the aggressive growth of the company
This is a fast-paced environment where confidence is key. As a delegate Sales you are a self-starter who enjoys talking on the phone to find the right audience to join our events and conferences. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new prospects and you will also be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships.
Within others, your responsibilities will be:
* Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
* Contacting potential delegates; the telephone will be your primary tool.
* Managing your own projects and time to ensure you excel at your targets.
* Develop own ideas and use initiative to spot new revenue streams.
* Opportunity to travel to our global events
We are looking for:
* Ability to multi-task under pressure
* Proficiency in English and Swedish
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Self-starter, fast learner and passion for sales
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
