Salary: £20,000 (£24,000 package including:10% annual bonus, health cover, Pension, Emergency cover, and more)
Contract: 6 months FTC

Our client is a leading provider of insurance services and are currently working on building a new customer services team. This is an opportunity to work for a truly global business which promotes employee learning and development opportunities from within their organisation. Duties:
* This is a B2C role where you will be speaking to private individuals with a variety of different customer care cases.
* Manage customer contacts through various methods and assess support requirements to ensure a smooth and effective customer journey.
* Provide reactive and proactive customer support linked to the product and service required ensuring that the policy terms and conditions are fulfilled, and all local regulation expectations are met.
* Make decisions to unblock the customer journey and escalate cases if unable to solve the specific issue in a timely and effective manner.
* Coach customers within the new customer journey encouraging the adoption of digital solutions that can provide pro-active solutions and immediate response.
* Review customer feedback and consider continuous improvement activities and processes to ensure that customer satisfaction evolves and sets a high standard within the market place.
Requirements:
* Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages such as French or Spanish
* Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, customer support, contact centre environment is essential
* High attention to detail, and excellent listening skills
* Excellent spoken and written communication
