Title: THAI speaking (NIGHT) Research Project
(Student role. Part time OR Full time)
Salary: £12.50 per hour + holiday pay so £14 per hour in total. Equivalent to circa £23,000 per annum)

Length of booking : Ongoing Thai market research campaign
Hours: Thailand is 7 hours ahead, so you will work through the night from Midnight to 8am which is the equivalent of 9am – 4pm (part time is available for students)
This role is specifically designed to fit around a student lifestyle. As such the client is happy to consider students who simply want part-time work, or those who want to work full-time over holidays. The company is very flexible and is happy to work around exams and holiday commitments. This is a great opportunity to supplement a student income!
Ideally a Thai student is required for this role, as cultural & geographical knowledge of Thailand is a pre-requisite for this position. You must have the correct student visa status (tier 4) and this MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED on the cv please.
DUTIES:
*Working appropriate hours to cover 9-5pm in Thailand. Working days are totally flexible. This role is available part time and also full time around holidays. The client will be flexible around exams and holiday commitments
*You will be given a curated list of decision makers based in Thailand, their names, contact numbers and email addresses, and your job will be to contact them wherever they are , and interview them over the telephone
*You will conduct between 10-13 full telephone interviews daily and topic will range from healthcare, automotive, retail, beauty or other. These are exploratory information-gathering projects concentrating on buying trends, consumer habits and consumer requirements around new product launches
*Adding the consumer insights you will have gained from these interviews, onto an in-house database. These reports will be part of the “toolkit” that clients companies will use to make important business decisions about pricing, style, volumes, market size and even packaging and layouts
