Salary: £60000-£100,000 per annum depending on experience. There are additional + benefits

Duties
Workflow Management: Traditional audit role with German
*Attend pre-audit meetings with the client (occasional travel to Germany)
*Draft all management letters, finalising of accounts, letters of engagement
*Giving advice to clients and identify new business development opportunities through networking, marketing and referrals
*Monitor the work flow and allocate staff resources to each project
*Deciding on a project time-frame for each project, informing the Audit staff about the client, their expectation and business model
*Monitoring “chargeable time” and progress on a job
*Prepare fee schedules and bills for review and approval
*Explaining any extra charges, write-offs, extra hours
*Liaise internally with the Partner following a review of the audit
Staff management
*Ensure trainee Accountants are allocated a variety of jobs to maximise their training
*Complete staff review forms after the end of each job identifying any new training needs
*Complete six-monthly appraisals and sign off training records
*Manage staff holidays, courses, quality of work, motivation
*Oversee technical contact, office accounts, client bank accounts, IT contact, marketing committee, client care committee, maintenance of the office work planner
REQUIREMENTS
*Fluent German & English
* ACA qualified
*UK experience
