The Role: Our client sells holiday homes across the Alps and other regions of the South of France. In this hybrid role, you will have varied responsibilities, mainly consisting on:
*Administrative tasks.
*Translations English-French and vice versa.
*Social Media Management.
*Uploading information on website.
*Updating the Data base and managing inquiries.
*Processing basic invoices.
*Providing excellent level of customer service to both clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
*Fluent French and English
*Around 1/2 years of working experience in a role within Admin/Customer Care.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
*Very strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
*Experienced with the main Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) as well as Social Media.
