Trilingual Customer Care Specialist (Eng and Ger + FR,SP or IT)
This exciting opportunity to work for a globally well-known company in the beauty sector, is for a passionate customer service representative with one to two years of experience in a similar Customer Support role, providing advice and assistance to clients both in the UK and in other allocated territories (DACH in particular).

The role:
Amongst other, your key responsibilities will be:
- Maintain a high level of customer service with high standards of passion for the products and services provided.
- Communicate promptly with customers by phone or email.
- Deal with complaints where necessary and handle difficult scenarios with professionalism.
- Assisting the Independent Sales Representatives.
- Processing orders and returns.
- Taking ownership and accountability for each and every call or email.
- Ensure that accurate customer data is captured and logged.
- Being aware of the individual and departments weekly KPIs.
Requirement
- Fluent in English and German is essential. Would be a great plus to also speak French/Spanish or Italian
- Minimum 1/2 years of customer service experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Confident in IT systems.
- Soft spoken, with an interest in beauty and lifestyle.
- Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
