GERMAN Technical Support Analyst /Help Desk
This is a lovely technical support role with GERMAN in which you will largely WFH ( just 2 days in the office). You will be supporting restaurants and retail stores across Germany with any help that they may need . This is NOT a call centre role and instead focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with everything from logging onto IT systems to helping with the retail software and just generally supporting the restaurants over the phone and via email. TITLE : GERMAN Technical Support Analyst /Help Desk
Office LOCATION: Hybrid role (just 2 days in the office. 3 days are wfh) .
Location Buckinghamshire
On site Car Parking Available
Language needed: German Additional languages are an asset
Salary : £35,200 ( base of £32,000 + 10% bonus) and 5 weeks holiday ( there are plenty of other excellent benefits)

COMPANY DETAILS Restaurants and retailers
SHIFTS : You will need to be able to cover 8am-8pm Monday -Friday on a rota system . You will need to cover weekends on a rota basis (1 week in 3) with occasional store visits
DUTIES : Join this happy team that is often praised by customers. The team is very supportive of each other and you will get to know customers very well personally . You will need to have an interest in hardware and software.
This is a bilingual German/English role
- Taking your time to provide 1st OR 2nd line technical support to clients in Europe, the UK and across the Middle East
- Logging and resolving all incidents on the Helpdesk.
- Dealing with retail store or restaurant POS ( Point Of Sales) hardware and software issues such as logging on etc
- Use of MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration,
- Provide support documentation to customers
- Log all enquiries and monitor email alerts from the Helpdesk system
- Manage training enquiries
- Configure laptops
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous technical help desk experience
- MS Operating systems, Network support, PC, laptop
- Fluent German
