Technology Project ADMINISTRATOR ( Automotive)
6 MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE contract starting asap for a talented administrator to join as a Technology Project ADMINISTRATOR . The job is hybrid (4 days in the office /1 wfh) and is based in READING. You will be supporting the technology team and helping to smooth the uptake process with new software roll-outs to car dealerships. The role involves plenty of client care, and you will be speaking to car dealerships (your customers) to check that they are happy and using the new software products properly as well as identifying where improvements can be made. There will be full training provided in this position. The team is friendly, warm and supportive and a real pleasure to work with.

Salary: £35k (equivalent to £17 per hour including holiday pay)
Contract type: 6 month maternity leave contract starting Dec -June 2024
Training: You will be fully trained for this role
Work style: 4 days in the office. 1 day wfh

This role is a 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity
Duties
In a nutshell: 1) you will support the implementation of a new tech product across car dealerships. 2) Listen to customers and identify where improvements can be made
- Liaise regularly with a portfolio of car dealerships clients
- Explain to your clients the new software upgrades, answer any questions and help to explain how this software updates will support their business
- Produce roll-out plans/timetables for new software releases
- Identify areas of improvement
- Analyse common issues raised by 1st and 2nd line help desk to identify where improvements can be made
- Help to plan, organise and coordinate the new software releases and keep dealerships fully informed
- Liaise with the sales and marketing teams
- Undertake a customer analysis of the uptake of new products using excel
- Attend customer care-related “client visits” to car dealerships based around Reading, Manchester, Coventry and occasionally to Europe
Requirements
- Some tech project management experience

- Car driver (you will visit car dealerships on occasion)
