Job Title: Travel Partner Operations Specialist
Expected Duration: 1 year with hope of transitioning to permanent
Work Location: 2 days a week in London office (Tues/Thurs), remaining days’ work at home
Work Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: 15 per hour + holiday pay

Job description:

Our client is a leading global travel business, they are marketplace for tours and experiences. They are looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to join their Partnerships team. This is fast growing business unit that drives revenue growth, diversification, and innovation. They offer partners the opportunity to serve their users and generate income by connecting to their supply of tours and activities. The Partner Operations Specialist will focus on identifying affiliates who violate the company’s Affiliate T&Cs. This position reports to the Partner Support and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a variety of tools and follow established processes to identify, research and flag affiliates for violations of Terms and Conditions
• Work closely with other members of the Partner Support and Operations team, to deactivate T&C violator accounts
• Contribute to regular reporting Collaborate with other teams, such as Trust & Safety, Traffic and Brand
• Follow established procedures with speed and accuracy, while maintaining quality Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Demonstrated success working remotely as part of an operations team
• Previous experience in travel partner, or tour operations, (Highly desirable)
• Working knowledge of Google Workplace applications
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (Highly desirable)
• Education to degree level or equivalent
• Experience following an established set of processes, with great attention to detail, high productivity, and high-quality standards
• Initiative to propose areas for continuous improvement in processes that increase productivity and quality
