CZECH: Customer Care Advisor & Specialist
This is an entry level role for a CZECH speaker who likes customer care and is based around the READING area. There will be full training provided in this position and plenty of opportunity to grow your responsibilities and move up in the organisation if you have a talent for looking after customers. The company is within the automotive sector and you will deal with classic inbound calls. There is an admin content and the team is friendly and warm.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone and email
- Log customer queries
- Provide product training to dealers
- Advise on products
- Help customers navigate the various products

- 6 months previous experience working in a customer care role
