Expected duration: 9 months
Daily rate: £400 to £450 per day (Inside IR35 on PAYE)
Location: London – 3 days working from the office and 2 from home

Our client is a global leader in streaming services and VOD that offers customers a vast collection of online entertainment.
They are seeking an innovative, results-oriented digital marketer who will be responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through their owned and operated channels. Working across a variety of projects impacting customer experience, you will be bringing change to how customers watch content, with a focus on scalable processes. Your strategic thinking, strong data-driven customer insights and operational excellence will enable you to maximise the scale and efficiency to help fuel customer growth internationally.
To be successful in this role you will have a mix of marketing and product management skills, as well as being comfortable with new technologies. Your marketing knowledge together with your analytical, creative and problem-solving skills, will lead you to deliver against tangible business growth metrics. You are able to work autonomously, build relationships outside of your immediate team and have demonstrable experience in stakeholder management.
Note – this isn’t a performance marketing role, but rather digital/product marketing role, which involves on the company’s owned platforms/channels, and doesn’t involve working with external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple teams (Brand Managers, Content Acquisition Managers, Planning and Programming teams) to drive channel growth for various PV locales, supporting key title launches on Owned & Operated channels
- Define, launch, and report on testing roadmaps, including documenting them, and getting alignment with VPs
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to drive efficiencies and scale across EMEA territories, launching new product features and ensuring local requirements and customer needs are met
- Optimise and scale existing processes to find efficiencies within the broader organisation
Requirements
- Professional experience in marketing, program/product management or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience crunching data on Excel or similar tools and analysing metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Ability to learn and operate in-house digital marketing scheduling tools
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience in facilitating alignment within the organisation, driving different teams to a common objective
- Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines
- Experience working with Tech teams to develop or improve tooling and/or user features
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter who is a customer obsessed, detail oriented and data driven
- Passion or interest for the Sports and the digital entertainment industry
- A good understanding of digital products and interactive entertainment
- Experience in multi-territory digital campaign management
- Fluent in English and ideally another European language (German, French and/or Italian)
- A good understanding of digital products and interactive entertainment
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
