Duties
- Take inbound enquiries from customers and provide guidance and advice on new products or services
- Organize and coordinate the post sales administration
- Process orders
- Liaise with the warehouse and manage the returns
- Upload information onto a database
- Deal calmly and helpfully where there is a complaint
- Liaise regularly with the external team of freelance sales reps
- Use translation and copywriting skills.
- Attend occasional events
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish, French and English
- Previous customer care experience
- Ms office skills
