Role: Survey Operations Analyst
Pay rate: £300 to £350 per day (PAYE – Inside IR35) + Holiday pay
Location: Central London – hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Start: Immediate
Expected duration: 9 Months (May extend)

They are looking for a Survey operations analyst with a passion for creativity, and innovative ideas to join their team to join their global research and operations team.
Responsibilities
- Support programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
- Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
- Develop a deep understanding of the business’s partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies
- Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies
The Global Research and Operations team is responsible for:
- Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
- Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
- Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
- Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data
Requirements
- 1-4 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management)
- Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data
- Proficiency in English, and one of: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus
- Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the market research field
- Experience with Qualtrics (highly desirable).
- Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
- Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
- Understanding of basic statistics
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
