Pay rate: £245 to £375 per day (PAYE) + Holiday pay (Equivalent to £64,000 – £97,500 per annum)

Our client is a global tech and logistics leader. Their Worldwide Cross Channel, Cross Category Marketing team is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager – Tech to lead the measurement and operational data/analytics set up for their UK Fleet media channel and expansion scoping for EU. You will work cross-functionally and closely with science, engineering, product, operations, and marketing teams to build best-in-class measurement models and analytics capabilities that help the business understand the efficacy of marketing on UK vans, as well as monitor operational performance and impact.

Key job responsibilities
- Charting the course for the UK Fleet measurement models and operational analytics toolkit, setting the roadmap priorities, defining the feature requirements for what we measure.
- Partner with your product, operations, engineering, and science teams to translate business needs into a logical measurement design that balances data processing effort, operational excellence, and driving customer insights about which marketing and creative approaches work best.
- You will apply your learning from the UK set up to scope product expansion to other EU markets.
- Work with your tech team to create the analytics dashboards and monitoring tools to understand operational efficiency and impact of the program.
- Work with your cross-functional teams to evolve your ideas and bring them to life, making all the tough trade-offs along the way.
A day in the life
Your product management practices set a great example to others, successfully leading all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to delivery:
1. Vision/Strategy: You own the strategic measurement vision and scoping for bringing measurement and analytics tools to life for the UK and scoping product expansion into EU.
2. Roadmap: You define and steward the UK and EU measurement and analytics roadmap, making crisp decisions about what projects move forward and in what priority order.
3. Execution: You love partnering with scientists and engineers to develop new models and analytic capabilities. You own it end-to-end, from ideation to requirements to launch.
4. Technical Skill: You understand the architecture of the systems and technologies behind your measurement products. You are able to influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
5. Communication: You communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management or product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritisation and planning
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau and Quick Sight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimisation, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
- Experience with machine learning to support model automation
