TITLE: Franchisee Engagement/ Account Manager
Location: High Wycombe: Bucks
Language : Fluent English
Sector : Hospitality/Hotels and food
Salary : circa 57,000 ( base of £45k+ 10% bonus and cash car allowance of £7,750)
Company : Well known restaurant business with a global presence
Work style: 3 days in the office. 2 days are wfh. The company culture is very flexible indeed
The role in a nutshell: To make restaurant owners aware of the additional services, training and support that can be provided to them to help build their businesses. This includes access to training as well as buying-support and information about extra discounts that are available to the franchisee. There will be some very limited travel in the UK
Duties
- Liaising with restaurant owners daily
- Set up and attend meetings face to face all over the UK and Ireland
- Attend -and deliver- staff training sessions and engage fully with franchise owners
- Monitor customer engagement and provide advice and guidance
- Onboard new franchise owners
- Regular use of Excel to monitor and manage restaurant performance
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience working in a franchised business
- Food or hospitality background
- Excellent Excel (formulas, looks ups, pivot tables etc.)
- Car driver
