Job Summary
Our client is a world leader in technology and e-commerce. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive strategic creative solutioning for their internal teams. As a Marketing Manager you will manage end-to-end project delivery, support creative brief development, and analyse initiative performance to support future planning.
In this role you will be working with designers, producers, strategists, and other creatives to deliver the right content, at the right time to the right audience. You should be comfortable in ambiguous spaces and thrive on the opportunity to identify creative solutions to support internal customer pain points. You take every opportunity to wow your clients but going above and beyond to deliver scalable solutions that help inform and convert target audiences.
About the Team
Workforce Staffing is responsible for the recruitment of a vast number of employees globally within the business Operations. The Creative Marketing team develops the brand and recruitment content to attract and entice jobseekers to join the team of temporary associates. The associates are at the heart of the business operations. It is their stories that the team brings to life through multiple marketing channels.
Key Job Responsibilities
This role resides on the Creative Team within Workforce Staffing, Marketing. Core responsibilities include:
* Provide creative solutions to internal clients aligned to organisational goals
* Define, prioritise, and drive initiatives forward, by partnering with relevant stakeholders
* Manage end-to-end development and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns
* Track campaign success and gather insights to continually optimise future initiatives
* Provide visibility to all initiatives being worked on to Senior Marketing Manager
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 6+ years of experience in Marketing, and or Creative in an agency or corporate marketing setting
* Experience in supporting a global or international marketing organisation
* Proven project management and client services skills
* A profound understanding of creative processes and production
* Applicable experience in Microsoft Office as it relates to communication and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in an agile content development environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to drive best practices and advocate for continuous process improvement
* Ability to utilise research and data to inform content strategy
* Attention to detail, with a strong bias for action and the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
* Experience working in Recruitment Marketing is a plus
* Experience working in Asana Project Management tool is a plus
* Pivot seamlessly between three distinct worlds.
