Our client, an Executive Search firm is currently looking for a Research Consultant/Account Manager to join their growing team.
Founded 2 years ago, they are looking to add another person to their 5-people team. They focus on recruiting within the hedge fund and private equity space and are looking for a strong researcher who will combine excellent resourcing, networking and account management skills.
Your main responsibilities will include:
*Taking ownership of all mandates assigned to you, ensuring deadlines are met;
*Resourcing relevant candidates, arranging and conducting face to face meetings with them and guiding them through the interview process;
*Ensuring that all research documents, as well as the internal database, are kept up to date at all times;
*Preparing any necessary documents for clients and client meetings;
*Liaising with clients and candidates on all assigned active mandates;
*Building a strong network of candidates in order to keep abreast of industry moves and news.
Your profile:
*Graduate and up to 2 years of experience
*Excellent education background
*Confident phone manner and flawless people-facing skills
*Want to work in a start-up environment
*Ambitious but with a team-player outlook
*Strong work ethics and drive to help take the business forward
*Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are welcome)
