Salary: £9.5 / Hour (20 – 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday)
This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Job Description:
1.Covering reception: greeting visitors and maintain good company image.
2.Maintain accurate records and enter data
3.Assisting HR and Finance department with admin duties when required
4.Assisting with office administration and office supplies
5.Organizing company’s documentation and providing its appropriate filing.
6.Self – discipline at work to allow the office to function appropriately.
7.Reporting to the manager about the results and current status of given tasks.
8.Perform additional duties when required by the Manager
Requirements:
1.Fluent in Mandarin and English
2.Eligible to work in the UK
3.Proactive and highly organized
4.Good Excel and Word skills
