Pay Rate: £264.00 per day + Holiday pay (PAYE – Inside IR35)
Location: Central London – Hybrid working with 1 day in the office (Ideally Wednesday) and 4 days

JOB DESCRIPTION

The team is currently leading various strategic initiatives that will help the business grow in a scalable fashion, while launching hundreds of products that exceed our customers’ expectations.
This Program Manager will be primarily responsible for implementing a Product Lifecycle Management system. This includes working with cross-functional partners and teams to identify and prioritise feature needs, aligning stakeholders around implementation plans, managing historic data migration, developing, and managing detailed project plans, establishing metrics of success, and reporting on progress.
This role will require exceptional change management acumen to ensure the success of processes/systems/automation tools implemented across the org. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to apply structure to chaos, and simplify complex problems. They will have a proven track record of getting their projects prioritised over competing initiatives while also being able to weigh strategic trade-offs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in program or product management (software-related experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel.
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience implementing change management in organisations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects – work prioritisation, planning and task delegation.
- Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative data to scope problems and measure outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with product lifecycle management systems at a consumer goods company, or experience working closely with those functional areas.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects.
- Experience launching new software within organisations.
- Familiarity with scrum, agile and waterfall methodologies
- Competence with SQL (basic queries).
