TITLE: Retail Sales Associate

Salary : Up to £35,000 + OTE

Duties:

• Engage with customers face to face in store
• Provide advice
• Showcase the collection of products
• Conduct sales transactions
• Upsell and also cross sell products
• Keep customers informed when there are new style or pieces become available
• Add customers to waiting lists where necessary

Requirements

• Immaculate personal presentation and well-spoken.
• Previous experience of retail sales within the luxury sector is essential
• Located in Birmingham, London or Edinburgh
