Title: Mandarin speaking Accountant (Property)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Location: Central Manchester
Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English
Role in a nutshell: You will be handling the finance aspect of the business as well as assisting clients specifically on the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme (NRLS).
Key Requirement
Financial Management
- Handling daily financial matters to ensure smooth financial processes
- Completing tax reporting, audits, and other financial related matters
- Monitoring daily financial processes, propose optimisation suggestions and improve work efficiency
- Responsible for cash flow management, including receiving and sending payments
- Consulting clients on NRLS
Requirements
- Experience in property tax and tax reporting
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Familiar with the NRLS
