Don’t have time to visit the doctor? This is a well-established on-line doctors’ surgery and helps patients get immediate medical advice online with medical experts that can provide immediate assistance. This particular role works with Scandinavian patients and medics and your role is look after patients over the telephone, calm them down and ensure that that they receive the best online practical advice before they decide on the next step.
The Role:
There will be ongoing training opportunities as well as the chance to build a career in what is a fast-developing sector within private medicine. The role is highly administrative, with regular hours and real language use.
*Taking all inbound calls and email enquiries
*Joining a multilingual team you will use your fluent Norwegian on a daily basis, both written and spoken
*Liaising with Scandinavian patients, taking orders and consultation payment details.
*Processing the paperwork generated by the online medical consultation and ensuring the patient is happy at all times
*Use of Live chat, email and telephone to speak to patients and direct them to the right medical specialist
*Liaising with internal departments
*General administrative support
Requirements:
*Native standard Norwegian
*Experience in customer care
