TITLE : Mergers & Acquisition : Integration & Change Management
SECTOR : Food, Hotels and Hospitality
WORK STYLE: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 wfh)
BACKGROUND NEEDED: Mergers & Acquisition ( Finance)
SALARY : £130,000 pa
CONTRACT TYPE: circa 6 month contract. The salary will be prorated according to the length of the contract
PURPOSE This is a classic M&A role in which you will be steering the merger of two similar organisations into a single international business operation
DUTIES
- Leading all planning, dependency management, and critical path analysis.
- Ensuring integration approach aligns with corporate strategy.
- Work within a programme budget, benefits & KPI targets
- Undertaking forecasting and scenario planning.
- Compliance/Governance: Overseeing adherence to overall corporate governance controls and produce Board level reports and updates
- Work with the Enterprise Risk Team to explore risk tolerance and the Legal Team
- Look at all the internal resourcing needs, support mobilisation of selected programme resources.
- Look at continuous improvements to ensure a learning culture leading to best-in-class at all times .
REQUIREMENTS
- M&A background
- Previous experience with one of the Big 4 consultancies
- Experience in working with franchises or food/hospitality clients
