The company is well known and already has a network of top-tier industry specialists that can be called on to help give pertinent business insights, and frequently hosts industry-specific speaker events around the globe.
DUTIES
In doing this role, you will develop personally into an Industry Expert. You will be in the enviable position of being the recipient of valuable industry insights and confidential information that relate directly to changes in major areas of the UK & international financial services sector.
*Researching and approaching industry “thought leaders” from a curated list of contacts
*Introducing client projects to industry experts ,asking for time and then conducting in-depth interviews on behalf of clients that will help in their understanding of new trends, technologies, legal changes and other developments within banking or retail
*Developing rapport with industry experts that can be called on for advice, views or data
*Locating experts that would be happy to be headline speakers for events or would be happy to be quoted in reports.
*Project management, all to deadlines
*Modelling trends and analysing data based on industry experts’ insights in order to produce a cohesive, well written and compelling industry report
*Use of spreadsheets and crunching numerical information to substantiate new industry developments
*Develop a real understanding the impact of technology such as AI, demographic, legal and geopolitical changes on financial services and take these into consideration in writing a comprehensive report in English
REQUIREMENTS
*Degree educated
*Strong mathematical skills
*Fluency in Asian language
*A full and valid work permit
*English to native standard
*Previous research experience
