JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant
LANGUAGE: Fluent English (any other language is a plus)
LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: 23,000 to 30,000 depending on experience + bonus according to performance
Are you interested to build a career in Recruitment? Are you a people person with a commercial mindset? We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to take on existing clients and building a portfolio of new ones. You will have a varied and exiting role, with regular contact with clients via email and telephone, meetings face to face, advertising open job roles, sourcing candidates and interviewing them. Within other, your responsibilities will be:
– Introducing our recruitment services to companies and being able to build a portfolio of clients by Business Development calls and face to face meetings.
– Working to agreed calls and sales targets.
– Establishing excellent and long-term relationships with clients.
– Interviewing candidates (via telephone, face to face or Skype).
– Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients and representing the brand at all the times.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Interested in building a career in Recruitment and Client Relationship Management.
– Native-level of English. Any additional language will be very beneficial.
– Fantastic communication skills (spoken & written).
– Comfortable over the phone and meeting candidates and clients face to face.
– Sales and target driven, willing to work on sales goals.
– Fully eligible to work in the UK. No VISA sponsorship will be provided.
