Our client is a leading global technology business. We are seeking an analytical Senior Program Manager, with strong written and verbal communication skills, to support the growth of their media entertainment business across Europe.
You will be accountable for translating strategy into action to drive internal business performance and ensure all teams are aligned and working towards the long-term business and service-level objectives. You will work backwards from the set goals to create actionable milestones, drive all teams towards that mission through the management of key business mechanisms (for e.g Quarterly Business Reviews), and lead critical strategic initiatives that don’t fall into any one-team’s remit.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a quickly evolving industry landscape and will be able to work cross-functionally to take big ideas and implement realistic roadmaps to deliver results. You will be expected to clearly communicate goals, roles and responsibilities, and desired outcomes to both internal senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure teams are on track against deliverables and goals. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute programs and grow professionally alongside your colleagues as well as to help influence business strategy, make autonomous decisions, and own programs/projects.

- Secure leadership and wider team buy-in with internal and external stakeholders for these strategic initiatives.

- Track progress, setting up critical project reviews (CPRs) as needed, and manage through obstacles to deliver program objectives.
- Support sharing of knowledge across business, putting in place additional mechanisms, as necessary, to aid circulation of key learnings and changes across various countries and functions.
- Support the development and writing of strategic proposal documents from country level content/programming and functional teams, ensuring that they account for and feed into wider business context.
