Salary: The annual salary is circa £30,000. This is structured as a basic salary of £27000 + £2,500 in bonus.

Leaders in sustainable high-end fashion, this company specialises in the resale of pre-owned (and new) high-end designer brands. The company has offices globally and scours the world for highly collectable and rare one-off pieces, as well as designer clothing and accessories. All items are verified for their provenance and buyers can be assured that premium items are all genuine. The company also operates a specialist concierge service for its VIP clients who are looking to sell more unique items
This is a B2C role and would suit someone who is looking to improve their French and live in Paris.
Duties:
*Your role will be to liaise via email and over the phone in German and English with high-end buyers of designer pieces
*Provide a consultative service, understand the client’s requirements and respond promptly to any inbound queries
*Help clients locate, and secure, specific items
REQUIREMENTS:
*Fluent German
*Fluent English
*A love of fashion and experience of customer service
