What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the Fit: Lead the charge on fit and quality for Men’s and Women’s footwear, working closely with a LA-based design team.
• Innovate the Process: Drive the launch of a brand-new internal fitting process for non-apparel products.
• Make an Impact: Dive deep into fit issues, provide actionable solutions, and improve product quality across the board.
• Collaborate Globally: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of footwear and non-apparel fit development.
• Build the Future: Create key technical documents, from construction standards to how-to guides, shaping the future of product development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years in footwear fit and quality development for both Men’s and Women’s products.
• Expertise: Mastery of global sizing standards, footwear anatomy, 3D scanning, and tech pack creation.
• Problem Solver: A knack for identifying issues and delivering solutions quickly, with a focus on quality and fit.
• Tech-Savvy: You’ve worked with footwear and non-apparel construction knowledge, and you know how to bring products to life.
