We are looking for a resourceful, energetic and positive hands on Office Manager for a small new office based in Dublin, Ireland. Our client is a beauty brand, setting up its Dublin subsidiary.
This a is a key position within the company, and we are searching for someone capable to multitask and adjust passionately to different responsibilities. The Office Manager will have a central role with the team, customers, accountants, the logistic partners and Head Office. Within others, your tasks will be:
*Check and process personal expenses payments.
*Writing analytic code for every payment and claim expenses payment.
*Handle invoices payment: prepare and ask operations manager for payment.
*Send coded invoices for bookkeeping.
*Processing reports, helping with the setup of the Marketing Budget.
*Help with the recruitment of the team, including offer letters and contract management
*Send payroll to HQ every month for approval
*Ordering stationery, office equipment products and IT material
*In charge of car lease / insurance / phone contracts and bills for team
*Code creation & instructions for any local promotions
*Liaise on POSM shipments with customers
*Coordinate with United on stock management
Requirements:
*Rigorous, accurate, attention to detail, executing flawlessly and the ability to multi task a must
*Good written and oral communications skills.
*Confident with IT software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
*Proficiency with numbers & excel
*Quick learner, adaptable, flexible and reliable
*Good at problem-solving
*Able to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
*Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with management and team members
