Front of House Facilities Administrator
Title: Front Desk Showroom & Facilities Administrator
Location: Central London
Language Needed: Fluent English (any other language is a plus)
Salary: £23,000 + benefits
The role
You will be based at the showroom Front of House (Reception) and will look after the telephone switchboard, the catering administration and visitor well-being.
Within others, their responsibilities will be:
*Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are immaculate
*Meet and greet visitors to the showroom
*Use an electronic room booking system
*Record guests on Excel
*Answer telephone inquiries
*Liaise with the catering team and provide drinks, breakfast and lunch to visitors
*Check dietary requirements of guests
*Liaise with external suppliers, stock control of brochures and office stationary and check catering invoices
*Secretarial administration: booking hotels, couriers , restaurants
*Assist the team including scanning , copying, binding and also sending out marketing information to clients
*Facilities Management : Assist in technical support for showroom presentation and IT equipment
Requirements:
– Previous front office experience essential
– Some administrative experience.
– MS Office
– Excellent personal presentation
– Well spoken, clear English
