Our client is a fast growing, customer focussed business that is rapidly expanding into the European sector.
The primary purpose of the role is to investigate new customers to verify their financial situation, in line with KYC and Anti Money Laundering regulations. You will be trained on all technical aspects of the job. You will then be involved in onboarding new customers and offering superior Customer Service.
Successful candidates will have the following attributes:
– Strong listening skills
– An excellent eye for detail
– Strong communication and Customer Service skills
– Fluent written and spoken English and French
