Pay rate: £20.00 per hour

Duration: 3 months Fixed Terms Contract

Our client is a Global Tech giant website, they are looking to recruit voice analyst, and this would involve: Data Annotation- Listening to customer voice interactions with a shopping digital assistant. Categorizing the customer requests into Intents, deep diving the cause of customer behaviour, judging the quality of offer presented.
Data Insights- Using the annotation data to provide an overview of the data analysed and identify patterns emerging from it.
These annotations will also help improve the customer interactions with the digital assistant and improve coverage and accuracy of product questions.
Required skills:
*Previous Transcription and Annotation experience.
*Experience working with language Knowledge of Excel
*English native Speaker (Written and spoken)
Preferred skills:
*Familiar with speech processing and natural language understanding.
